1. Main Function

Description:

1.1 The separation mechanism spaces the caps evenly and feeds them into the plasmatreatment area for surface treatment;

1.2 The caps then pass beneath the first inkjet unit for application of base ink, then enterthe pre-curing

UV lamp for pre-curing, after which they enter the second inkjet unit forcoding/printing, and then pass under the dual UV curing lamps for final ink curing;

1.3 The belt conveyor transports the caps beneath the camera lens, where thecamera captures and analyzes images; the reject mechanism, based on information from the camera and inkjet codinq machine precisely rejects nonconforming caps;

1.4 Conveyor speed can be maintained at 1,500 pcs/min.
