Product Features
Equipped with integrated stations including automatic paper loading, web guiding, die-cutting, waste removal, slitting, rewinding, automatic cutting, labeling, core threading and finished product ejection, the machine supports fully automatic continuous production cycles. It can either operate inline connected to upstream equipment or run offline as a standalone unit, compatible with paper cores ranging from 1 inch to 3 inches in diameter. It serves as an ideal new-generation machine for self-adhesive label die-cutting and slitting applications.
Multiple servo motors are deployed across the machine to ensure precise movements at every processing stage. It adopts variable-frequency speed regulation, PLC central control and a touchscreen operation panel, paired with an automatic tension control system for user-friendly operation and rapid parameter adjustment. The machine is built with high-precision length counting for finished rolls and bulk raw web metering functions. Constructed with premium raw materials, top-tier components and advanced manufacturing techniques, it uses imported bearings throughout the frame for exceptional long-term durability and stable service life.
