High-Speed Line-Scan Camera

Adopting a line-scan color camera with fast acquisition speed, excellent imaging performance, and compact dimensions, suitable for large-scale applications.

Dedicated Lens

The imaging lens of the detection system is an industrial-grade lens, offering superior image clarity, distortion control, and better color and detail reproduction compared to other brands.

LED Dedicated Light Source
To ensure optimal imaging for most materials, a specially customized LED light source with a cavity reflector design is used. The light diffuses uniformly through the tunnel cavity, eliminating laser interference, hot stamping effects, and surface reflections, resulting in stable and high-quality product images—a significant advantage over conventional bar light sources.

Label Quality Detection Dedicated Software System
The company has a professional R&D team that, after 10 years of continuous research and development, has created multiple proprietary detection software solutions tailored to the diverse needs of the printing industry. The software features user-friendly interfaces, with new products requiring only 30 seconds of initial setup.

The detection software employs a distributed computer architecture, ensuring excellent scalability. Different detection accuracies can be set across regions based on quality standards, enabling zone-based inspection. The software meets fundamental label industry requirements with its intuitive and practical interface.

Electrical Support System

Unsuitable Inspection Items:

  1. White adhesive spots, varnish defects, tiny bubbles, small indentations (dents), and minor wrinkling on transparent label backing paper (requires die-cut position inspection).

  2. Partial laser film and small text—already unclear/invisible in camera images. Defects are either undetectable or not clearly visible in captured images.
